01. Data Bank
LIAQAT TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL (LTI) has evolved a system by which registration of all categories of Pakistani workers is done on the basis of their applications / Biodatas. This fund of information is preserved in our data bank to meet demands of workers when received.
02. Advertisement
When the required category of workers is not already available in the pool of Data Bank, the organization will make necessary advertisement through the press. Since the international manpower market is competitive, the Organization can indicate availability of the required category of manpower only if it is given the terms and conditions of service prior to advertisement.
03. Competency Testing
We offer recruiting facilities for all jobs in project implementation within each sector that we serve. Pre-tender quotations, sourcing tactics, compensation structure, recruitment and assessment, all contribute to our final mobilization process.
04. Medical Examination
The organisation will ensure that every employee undergoes a medical examination to satisfy the health requirements and physical fitness. This examination is carried out by qualified doctors and their written reports sent to the Employer.
05. Final Selection
The organization will prepare a short list of candidates who satisfy the requirements of the Employer. These candidates should preferably be interviewed by the Employer and the final selection made by him.
06. Service Agreement
The Organization will arrange for selected personnel to sign a Foreign Service Agreement. This agreement is meant to satisfy the laws operating in both the countries of origin and employment. In addition, this document can include any special conditions prescribed by the Employer, subject to law.

Responsibilities of the Employer
- • The Employer is responsible for the provision of Power of Attorney and a Letter of Demand (specimens are attached), or any other such document, as required under the Law of host country for handling the manpower demand, in favor of LIAQAT TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL (LTI) duly attested by the Community Welfare Attaché (Labor Attaché), Pakistan Embassy/Consulate or by their respective Chamber of Commerce/ Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- • At the very outset, the employer intimates to LIAQAT TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL (LTI) the categories of workers required, number required in each category, job description for each category, prescribed qualifications, experience, training and age limit for each category and the terms and conditions of employment with salary, food, accommodation, air ticket, initial period of contract, annual leave, transport, medical etc. etc.
- • In case the demand is required to be advertised in the press, actual cost of advertisement is borne by the employer.
- • List of selectees, as soon as selection is finalized is prepared by the employer. If required, a waiting list/list of substitute candidates is also prepared.
- • Procurement and provision to LIAQAT TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL (LTI) of block visa, individual visas or calling visas for the workers, to be employed is arranged by the employer.
- • Passage money or Prepaid Ticket Advice for the workers, in case provision of passage is included in the terms and conditions of the Foreign Service agreement is provided by the employer.
- • Sufficient advance notice of schedule of dates of dispatch and arrival at the place of employment.
