The Employer is responsible for the provision of Power of Attorney and a Letter of Demand (specimens are attached), or any other such document, as required under the Law of host country for handling the manpower demand, in favor of LIAQAT TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL (LTI) duly attested by the Community Welfare Attaché (Labor Attaché), Pakistan Embassy/Consulate or by their respective Chamber of Commerce/ Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
At the very outset, the employer intimates to LIAQAT TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL (LTI) the categories of workers required, number required in each category, job description for each category, prescribed qualifications, experience, training and age limit for each category and the terms and conditions of employment with salary, food, accommodation, air ticket, initial period of contract, annual leave, transport, medical etc. etc.
In case the demand is required to be advertised in the press, actual cost of advertisement is borne by the employer.
List of selectees, as soon as selection is finalized is prepared by the employer. If required, a waiting list/list of substitute candidates is also prepared.
Procurement and provision to LIAQAT TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL (LTI) of block visa, individual visas or calling visas for the workers, to be employed is arranged by the employer.
Passage money or Prepaid Ticket Advice for the workers, in case provision of passage is included in the terms and conditions of the Foreign Service agreement is provided by the employer.
Sufficient advance notice of schedule of dates of dispatch and arrival at the place of employment.
